Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the Urban Nest Valencia tourist accommodation, located at Carrer del Ministre Luis Mayans 8, bajo izquierda, 46009 Valencia, España. By booking and using the accommodation, the guest fully accepts the following.

1. General Information

• Tourist license: VT-56059-V
• Maximum capacity: 4 people (including minors)

2. Guest Identification

• Only guests registered in the booking are allowed to access the accommodation.
• No external visitors are allowed without prior written authorization.

3. Booking and Payment

• 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before arrival.
• Prices vary depending on the selected period and are shown on the Rates and Policies page.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before arrival.
• 0% refund for cancellations made after this deadline.

5. Security Deposit and Damages

• A pre-authorization of €150 is applied 1 day before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, unless there are damages.
• Any damages will be assessed and deducted from the deposit if necessary.

6. Use of the Accommodation

• The accommodation is intended exclusively for residential and tourist use.
• No events, parties or commercial activities are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors; allowed only in the patio using ashtrays.
• Candles, incense, or unauthorized devices are not allowed.

7. Responsible Use of Resources

• Guests agree to use electricity, water and air conditioning/heating responsibly during their stay.

8. Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: by 11:00

9. Additional Charges

• Late check-in:
  • From 20:00 to 23:00 → €20 surcharge
  • From 23:00 to 09:00 → €30 surcharge
• Lockout assistance:
  • Until 20:00 → €20
  • From 20:00 to 23:00 → €30
  • After 23:00 → €50
• Lost keys: €75

10. Behavior and Coexistence

• Respect for neighbors and common areas is required.
• Quiet hours: from 23:00 to 09:00

11. Cleaning and Waste

• The apartment must be left tidy and the rubbish taken out.
• Guests are required to wash used kitchenware.

12. Specific Prohibitions

• Pets are not allowed, unless expressly authorized.
• External equipment not included in the apartment inventory is not permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

• The host is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during the stay.
• The host is not liable for service interruptions or force majeure.

14. Penalties and Early Termination

• Serious breach of these terms may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
• Any costs arising from damages or violations will be charged to the guest.

15. Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia (Spain).

Booking confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We also recommend reading the House Rules, available in the apartment and on the official website.
